Are your oils vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan. Our fragrance oils, as confirmed by our expert perfumers, steer clear of any animal-derived ingredients and have never been tested on our furry friends.

All all of your oils CLP and UFI compliant?

Safety and compliance are at the top of our list. By forging a strong partnership with a trusted UK-based CLP company, we've ensured that every product falling under CLP regulations meets the mark. So, you can purchase with confidence knowing you're getting CLP-compliant products.

Do you provide CLP templates for me to use?

Absolutely! Our compliance documentation is reviewed with every batch of oil received and the most up to date documents can be found here: EU CLP & GB GHS Documents.

I only want to use phthalate-free oils in my products, where do I find these?

We're committed to continuing to expand on our range of phthalate-free fragrance oils and you can find them all here.

I'm hoping to avoid the UFI dossier process for my finished products, do you have oils that will allow me to do so?

We have you covered with our ever expanding range of oils that do not require a UFI at 10% or less in a non-hazardous base (such as wax). You can find them all here.

Indeed we do! For deliveries within Northern Ireland, free shipping is available for orders of £99 or more (excluding VAT). For Mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland, free shipping is available on orders over £199 before VAT. This offer excludes full cartons of wax and will be automatically applied at checkout when the conditions are met.

We operate out of Northern Ireland, which means we're still part of the EU for Customs purposes. If you're shopping from the UK, ROI or anywhere in the European Union, there won't be any additional customs charges. However, for other international destinations, any potential customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Absolutely! If you are based on the island of Ireland and would like to collect your order, select 'pickup in store' and follow these steps:

Within Northern Ireland: our warehouse details should appear automatically, but if not; follow the ROI steps below.

From the ROI: select 'change my location', enter your country as United Kingdom and type BT34 3FN into the address box and then hit 'find stores' and our warehouse details will appear.

We're a proud VAT-registered business in the UK. This means when you shop with us from the UK, ROI and Europe; VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate for your shipping location. The final VAT amount due will be reflected at the checkout page once your shipping location is known.

For those who need it, our VAT registration number is GB 301 357 739.

So long as your EU VAT number is valid for cross border transactions, you can enter it at the cart page and once validated; VAT will be removed on the checkout page.

NI Candle Supplies accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. For those who prefer to space out payments, we also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options via PayPal, LayBuy and Clearpay in selected countries.
